We are a SunSmart School. Do your hats meet the SunSmart requirements?

Yes! All of our hats are made with a crown depth of 9cm, which brings them down nice and low on the forehead. Our bucket hats have a brim width of 8cm and our Broad-Brim hats 9cm providing ideal coverage for the face, ears and neck. Of course, schools are welcome to specify their own measurements.

 

We are sick of Fading Hats! Can you help us?

Yes! This is a priority for most of our schools and we are very proud of our non-fading fabric. We have been told that children are wearing the hats at school and on the weekends for sport, and still after years of wear there is virtually no fading.

 

How long will it take to actually get our hats?

Initially we will send you some of our samples. If you like them, we will have embroidered samples made as per your specifications – this takes around 2-3 weeks. Once the samples have been approved by you, we will place your order in our next production. The entire process usually takes around 10-12 weeks.

How do we place orders after the first order?

Easy! Phone, email, fax or even txt. You will only ever deal with Cathy from your initial contact to all of your subsequent orders.

 

Can we afford to have our headwear embroidered?

Most suppliers will charge you anything up to around $10.00 for embroidered logos plus a setup fee.

• $1.00* FOR ONE EMBROIDERED LOGO.
• $2.00* FOR THE SAME LOGO ON BOTH THE OUTSIDE AND REVERSE SIDE OF YOUR HAT
• $2.50 WHERE THE LOGO IS DIFFERENT ON THE OUTSIDE TO THE REVERSE SIDE.
• AND NO SET-UP FEE. 

*May be $0.50 - $1.00 more if extremely high stitch-count (doesn’t happen often).
